By downloading or playing Airport Sort: Baggage Rush (“the Game”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. Your use is also subject to the rules of the store you downloaded from (Google Play or the Apple App Store).
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from the Game, nor use cheats, bots, memory editors or modified clients, nor extract its assets.
The Game is free and funded by advertising. Rewarded ads are always optional. Buying Remove Ads disables advertising. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.
Progress is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the Game, clearing its data, losing the device, or using Settings → Delete my data will permanently erase your progress, including purchased virtual items other than restorable non-consumables. We are not able to recover it.
We may update, patch, rebalance, add or remove levels and features, or discontinue the Game entirely. We aim to give notice of a shutdown where practical, but the Game is provided on an “as available” basis and may be unavailable due to maintenance, store or network issues.
All airlines, airline codes, liveries, airports, logos and branding in the Game are fictional. Any resemblance to real carriers, airports or trademarks is coincidental and unintended.
The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Game is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 20. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights (for example, in the EU/UK, rights regarding faulty digital content) or liability for death, personal injury, fraud or gross negligence.
We may suspend or terminate your licence if you materially breach these Terms, including cheating or tampering with the Game. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, if higher) to play. If you are a minor, you confirm your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Where required by law, you may bring proceedings in your local courts. Before formal proceedings, please email airportsort@cyber-man.pl — most issues are resolved quickly.
We will update the “last updated” date and, for material changes, show an in-game notice. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
