Summary

Airport Sort is a single-player puzzle game. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any account. Your game progress is stored on your own device. We use third-party services for advertising, in-app purchases and anonymous analytics; those services may collect device identifiers as described below. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, and the game is not directed at children.

What is stored on your device only

Game progress (level, stars, coins, boosters, terminal upgrades, hearts and their timers), your settings (sound, music, haptics, language) and a random local session counter. This data never leaves your device unless you contact support and send it to us yourself. Deleting the app, or using Settings → Delete my data, erases it permanently. We cannot recover it.

What third parties may collect

Service Purpose Typical data Policy
Google AdMob (+ UMP consent) Show ads, incl. rewarded ads Advertising ID, IP address, device/OS info, ad interaction events https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchase Process purchases Purchase receipts, store account country (never your card details — we never see them) https://policies.google.com/privacy · https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
Unity Analytics (Unity Gaming Services) Anonymous gameplay and performance statistics Pseudonymous install ID, device model/OS, in-game events (level started/finished, purchases initiated) https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy

We never receive or store your payment card information. We do not sell personal data.

Advertising and your choices

Analytics collection only starts after consent is granted where consent is legally required. Declining does not limit gameplay.

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for personalized advertising and analytics where required; legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) for security, fraud prevention and non-personalized ads necessary to fund a free game; contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) for processing purchases you make.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Because we store progress locally and only ever receive pseudonymous identifiers, the fastest way to exercise deletion is Settings → Delete my data plus resetting your advertising ID. For anything else, or to request a copy of what our processors hold, email airportsort@cyber-man.pl; we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell or share personal information in exchange for money. Personalized advertising may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising in some interpretations; use Settings → Privacy settings, the Settings → Do not sell my info toggle, or your device tracking controls to opt out.

Children

The game is rated for ages 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets that bar). If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention and transfers

We keep no personal data on our own servers. Our processors retain data per their own policies and may process it outside your country, including in the United States, under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Changes

We will update the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, show a notice in the game before the change takes effect.
